Return & Exchange Policy
At WithIt Club, every order is carefully checked before dispatch to ensure quality and accuracy.
We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders once the product has been delivered.
However, we do offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Size Issue
If you have received the correct product but need a different size, you can request an exchange, subject to size availability. - Same Value Exchange
Products can only be exchanged for another product of the same value. If the selected replacement product is of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
Customers are eligible for an exchange only once per order.
To raise an exchange request, customers must message us on WhatsApp with their order number.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Exchange approval is subject to product condition and availability.
